Overview

• Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management to lead and oversee the management and optimization of procurement systems and technologies.
• This leadership role focuses on enhancing procurement operations through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• The successful candidate will collaborate closely with procurement teams, IT departments, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Key Responsibilities* Lead the planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems that support organizational procurement functions.
• Develop and execute strategies for procurement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement systems meet business requirements and support operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system effectiveness.
• Oversee data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights into procurement activities.
• Manage relationships with procurement system vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement systems professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in procurement systems management or related roles, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software platforms, ERP systems, and digital procurement tools.
• Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
