- Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Procurement (Commercial Office) to join our commercial team.
- This role is essential in managing and overseeing the procurement processes that support our commercial operations, ensuring an efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement function aligned with organizational goals.
- The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring contractual and compliance excellence.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide procurement expertise that supports business objectives and fosters sustainable supplier partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically tailored for commercial office needs.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, legal, finance, and other departments for contract deviation and closing out.
- Managing bid meetings and evaluation process.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and insights to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a commercial procurement leadership role.
- +10 years of experience in SAP (Ariba Horizon).
- Experience in Governance Procurement function.
- Proven expertise in commercial procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
