- Define and implement PMO frameworks, governance structures, delivery methodologies, templates, tools, and reporting standards
- Oversee ERP, CRM, Digital & Infra transformation programs ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, executive reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, milestone plans, and governance packs
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, program reviews, governance forums, and decision making sessions
- Monitor project performance, risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, financials, and resource utilization
- Ensure consistent application of project management best practices across programs and workstreams
- Partner with business, technology, vendors, system integrators, and senior leadership to drive delivery transparency and accountability
- Support change control, escalation management, and corrective action planning for at risk initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance maturity
- Mentor project managers, PMO analysts, and workstream leads on delivery standards and governance expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in PMO, program management, or project management roles within technology transformation environments
- Strong experience with ERP and/or CRM transformation programs
- Professional project management certification such as PMP strongly preferred
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

Overview

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Professional project management certification such as PMP is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or relevant ERP/CRM certifications would be an advantage.
- Significant experience in PMO, program management, or project management roles, preferably within technology transformation environments.
- Strong experience with ERP and/or CRM transformation programs, such as implementation, migration, upgrade, integration, or business process transformation.
- Good understanding of technology program and project life cycles, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience in PMO setup, governance design, process definition, reporting, and delivery assurance.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk and issue management, dependency management, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Prior experience in large, complex, cross functional transformation programs is highly preferred.
