- Develop and implement operational frameworks, guidelines, and SOPs in line with M42 standards
- Oversee end to end operations for the assigned service line/function
- Drive clinical efficiency, service improvement, and technical process enhancements
- Monitor and report on productivity, performance, and operational outputs
- Maintain technical competency to support daily team operations
- Ensure efficient workflow management for smooth medical operations
- Coordinate with on site supervisors on emergency procedures, safety measures, and protective equipment
- Lead initiatives that advance organizational operations and improve service delivery
- Prepare periodic operational reports and provide comprehensive feedback
- Manage and monitor safety and security standards, systems, and communications for staff protection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical operations practices and methods
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Deep understanding of the healthcare sector
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Overview

- HealthPlus Diabetes & Endocrinology Center is a recognized Center of Excellence in diabetes care.
- Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations / Technical Director, the Senior Manager, Operations is responsible for the day to day operations in the facility.
Responsibilities
