- Experience in personnel administration
- Experience leading enterprise wide OHS or compliance programs
- Experience developing and implementing governance, monitoring and reporting frameworks
- Experience advising senior leaders on legislative risk and compliance
- Experience integrating OHS with related program areas
- Experience managing complex or high risk cases including investigations
- Experience leading audits, evaluations, or external reviews
- Bilingual (English and French) essential

The Role

- In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for OHS across the organization.

- Support a culture of prevention and psychological safety.
- Collaborate with leaders and health and safety committees to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, Public Administration, Science or a related field, AND some years of experience in OHS.
- OR College diploma or certificate in OHS or related field, AND several years of experience in OHS.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- Certified Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST), or Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) an asset.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in personnel administration.
- Experience leading enterprise wide OHS or compliance programs.
- Experience developing and implementing governance, monitoring and reporting frameworks for regulatory compliance.
- Experience advising senior leaders on legislative risk, compliance gaps, and mitigation strategies.
- Experience integrating OHS with related program areas (disability management, workplace violence prevention, emergency management).
- Experience managing complex or high risk cases, including investigations, return to work, and duty to accommodate.
- Experience leading audits, evaluations, or external reviews and responding to regulatory bodies.
