About the Role
Senior Manager – Enterprise Digital – Oracle Fusion ERP We are seeking an experienced professional with 10 to 12 years of full-time consulting, design, and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, support, enhancements, and business process optimization across Oracle Fusion Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Fusion Expense Module, with strong expertise in R2R processes. This role blends deep functional knowledge with stakeholder management, hands-on delivery, and a continuous improvement mindset.

- Strategic thinker with a strong delivery focus, capable of driving success of BAU delivery and projects. Awareness of industry trends Develop frameowrks and methodolofgies SME of application functionalities and technical components Monitor application performance and proactively take measures to ensure semaless experneice to end users Manage Enterprise Master data, monitor exceptions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and create solutions be responsible for providing PMO support across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering exceptional results key role in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives by providing robust project management support, driving process improvement, and business outcomes
Qualifications
- Required Experience
- Overall 10-12 years of experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations across R2R and related financial modules.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
- B.Com/MCA/BE/BTech, M.Com, or equivalent preferred.
- Program management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-driven finance features and Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap.
