Role Overview
Manage enterprise telecom capacity planning, demand forecasting, circuit commissioning, provider governance, telecom optimization, and service delivery.
Support global network infrastructure across WAN, Internet, MPLS, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate network capacity and resilient connectivity for business operations.
- Manage multi-site enterprise WAN environments and telecom service providers.
- Optimize telecom costs and service performance.
- Coordinate with Network Operations, Infrastructure, Business, Project Management, and telecom service providers.
- Maintain high availability, scalability, and operational excellence across the telecom environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-site enterprise WAN environments is required.
- Experience managing telecom service providers is required.
- Working knowledge of enterprise networking and telecom technologies is required.
- Experience with WAN, Internet, MPLS, and cloud connectivity is required.
