Responsibilities
- Own the go to market strategy for both CIRA Cybersecurity Services and Hello Registry including positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead and develop a small team of product marketers, setting priorities, coaching, and managing performance.
- Plan and lead cross functional launches for new products, features, and campaigns.
- Work closely with product teams to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and buyer personas.
- Work with communications team to build and manage content strategy across both lines.
- Own sales enablement relationship by developing collateral, competitive battlecards, demos, and training.
- Manage budget across both portfolios and report on program performance against KPIs.
- Represent CIRA at trade shows, conferences, and webinars as a spokesperson and subject matter expert.
- Measure and optimize the impact of campaigns and messaging.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with the majority in product marketing
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- B2B/enterprise marketing experience; SaaS experience in security, networking, or domain/registry industries is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to run product marketing for more than one product line or business unit at once
- Strong writing across long form and short form collateral
- Proven project and budget management skills
- Hands on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Post secondary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset

What You Bring:
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with the majority in product marketing specifically.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve business results.
