Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of the University's physical estate and infrastructure. The portfolio delivers integrated property, facilities, asset management, capital works and operational services that support teaching, research and campus life.
Working across a large and diverse campus environment, the team plays a critical role in maintaining safe, sustainable and future-focused facilities while protecting the University's built, natural and cultural assets.
Lead the delivery of maintenance, engineering services and utility operations across a complex infrastructure portfolio, ensuring critical assets remain safe, reliable, compliant and fit for purpose.
Provide strategic and operational leadership for maintenance planning, contractor performance, emergency response, business continuity and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance asset reliability and service performance.
Partner with Asset Management and key stakeholders to inform long-term infrastructure renewal, investment planning, sustainability outcomes and operational resilience.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Extensive experience leading maintenance, facilities or infrastructure operations within a complex organisation.
Demonstrated experience managing engineering services, utilities and maintenance programs across a large, complex and diverse property and infrastructure portfolio, including the delivery of maintenance refurbishment and capital works projects within occupied and operational environments.
Substantial leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage operational budgets, resources and service delivery outcomes while maintaining statutory compliance and building effective stakeholder relationships.
