Role overview

Senior Manager role responsible for making enterprise systems work effectively for the business through system ownership, analytics, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement.

The role combines business systems administration, data analysis, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technology-enabled process improvement.

What you'll need

5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, reporting, or business systems.
Hands-on administration of ERP, CRM, HRIS, ATS, or similar platforms.
Strong technical fluency with Power BI, SQL Server, and advanced Excel, including complex queries, table joins, and dashboard development.
Experience serving as a primary contact for software vendors or managed service providers.
A process improvement track record involving automation, AI, or technology-enabled opportunities with measurable ROI.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance business needs against technical constraints.
Ability to document, govern, and standardize systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Bachelor's degree in a related technology or analytics field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Compensation and benefits

Salary range is CAD 100,000 to CAD 125,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

Workplace

Hybrid work model based out of the Guelph office with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
