About the Role
Mashreq Bank is seeking a Senior Manager for IT Asset Management to lead enterprise-wide ITAM strategy in Abu Dhabi. You will manage a portfolio of 12,000-15,000 devices, establish governance frameworks, and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and define the enterprise wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy across Mashreq Bank
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standards for effective lifecycle management of all IT assets
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within ITAM through automation, analytics, and advanced asset management tools
- Oversee end to end asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal) aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Ensure real time visibility and accuracy of asset inventory across all locations
- Lead optimization initiatives to maximize asset utilization, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and improve ROI
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align ITAM strategy with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and industry standards
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes ensuring seamless device provisioning and recovery
- Lead ITAM Rooms governance and standardization across all Mashreq locations
- Manage vendor ecosystem including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance management
- Provide executive level reporting and insights on asset performance, risks, and financial impact
Requirements
- Experience in IT Asset Management, managing large portfolios (12,000 15,000 devices)
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks, policies, and standards for ITAM
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives within ITAM
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Knowledge of compliance, audit requirements, and industry standards
- Experience with asset inventory management and reconciliation with Fixed Asset Register
