- Lead end to end Pillar Two engagements, defining strategy, shaping scope, and overseeing delivery
- Manage engagement economics including resourcing, budgets, and commercial performance
- Serve as primary client advisor, building trusted relationships and leading discussions with senior stakeholders
- Identify and drive growth opportunities, leading pursuits and developing proposals
- Translate global legislative developments into clear, actionable client strategies
- Integrate capabilities across the global network
- Foster a high performance team culture through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
- CPA designation
- Completion of or significant progress toward In Depth Tax Program or Master of Tax
- Advanced technical tax expertise including strong knowledge of Pillar Two concepts and computations
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax provisioning
- Proven experience leading complex engagements and managing engagement economics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in building client relationships and contributing to business development

What you will do

What you bring to this role
- 7+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm.
- CPA designation.
- Completion of, or significant progress toward, the In Depth Tax Program or a Master of Tax program.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax provisioning.
