Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Interface Management leads the identification, coordination, and resolution of interfaces across projects, contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and operational entities.
The role supports integration across workstreams, disciplines, and packages to mitigate risks, avoid conflicts, and support project delivery.
Interface Management
- Develop and implement the project interface management strategy, processes, and governance framework.
- Identify, document, track, and manage interfaces across infrastructure, utilities, transportation, buildings, and other project components.
- Maintain interface registers, action trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordination and Risk Resolution
- Lead coordination among consultants, contractors, authorities, operators, and internal project teams.
- Facilitate interface workshops, coordination meetings, and technical reviews.
- Identify interface risks, conflicts, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
