Role Overview
Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, power, ICT, and transportation infrastructure projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee design reviews, constructability, compliance, and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor performance and resolve technical, commercial, and delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, governance requirements, and health and safety policies.
- Manage procurement, contract administration, and contractor performance.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead risk mitigation and change control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and project delivery best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management and delivery.
