Ce que vous ferez
- Lead KPMG's HR analytics strategy and translate workforce data into actionable business insights.
- Advise HR and firm leaders on workforce questions, opportunities, and risks.
- Deliver workforce reporting that connects HR KPIs, trends, predictive analysis, and business impact.
- Oversee HR dashboards, analytics solutions, and data visualizations.
- Conduct advanced workforce analysis and predictive modeling.
- Support HR data governance, quality, integrity, confidentiality, and responsible data use.
- Collaborate with HR technology, organizational analytics, IT, and other stakeholders on data ecosystems.
- Improve the HR analytics operating model, adoption, capabilities, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and train a high-performing HR analytics team.

- A bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business intelligence, information management, mathematics, or a related field is required.
