About the Role
Aon in the Middle East is hiring a Senior Manager for General Lines in Qatar to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on insurance needs and delivering end-to-end broking and claims support.

Responsibilities
- Research clients’ businesses and risk profiles to design appropriate insurance programmes
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, positioning Aon’s solutions and the value of the broker role
- Structure, market and place insurance programmes: prepare slips, obtain and negotiate quotations, compare terms and secure cover
- Manage policy administration and compliance: KYC/AML (QFCRA and internal), documentation, endorsements, deadlines and adherence to placement guidelines
- Handle and coordinate claims notifications and follow‑up with insurers/adjusters, ensuring timely progress and resolution
- Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping them informed on renewals, coverage changes and any key policy conditions, exclusions or warranties
- Monitor and support premium/fee collection in line with company policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow revenue from existing and new business opportunities and foster strong broker–underwriter relationships
Requirements
- Experience in insurance broking or corporate insurance client servicing
- Strong client facing and presentation skills
- Extensive commercial insurance technical knowledge
- ACII qualification required
- Familiarity with Qatar regulatory environment (QFCRA) is an advantage

About the role

- You’ll combine strong client relationships with technical broking skills to help clients protect their businesses and support Aon’s growth in the market.

What we’re looking for
