Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational readiness and performance of all fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems across Qiddiya's portfolio of assets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety and life safety management plans, SOPs, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with Saudi Civil Defence regulations and international best practices.
- Coordinate fire safety training programs, evacuation drills, and awareness campaigns for operational staff and tenant stakeholders.
- Liaise with Saudi Civil Defence, local fire authorities, and third party consultants on regulatory compliance, permitting, and emergency response coordination.
- Lead incident investigations related to fire or life safety events, producing root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
- Support the design review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems for new and existing assets to ensure operational readiness.
