- Lead and manage the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.
- Oversee regional finance teams to ensure alignment with company-wide financial strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with departments to support overall business objectives and improve financial performance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
