- Develop and refine the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPSARC School of Public Policy
- Drive design and development of Executive Education strategy
- Oversee Executive Education budgeting cycle and lead budgeting process
- Guide development of tailored outreach strategies for diverse customer groups
- Approve design and structure of executive program curricula and learning methods
- Ensure availability of resources and address challenges during program delivery
- Review periodic performance reports and ensure continuous refinement of programs
- Direct development and implementation of Executive Education policies and procedures

- Experience in executive education program development and management
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
- Budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Position Summary
- To lead the development and management of Executive Education programs at KAPSARC School of Public Policy.
Major Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPSARC School of Public Policy.
- Drive the design and development of the Executive Education strategy.
- Set Executive Education performance objectives and monitor progress.
- Advise the Board, Dean, or President on strategic issues.
- Oversee the Executive Education budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process.
- Ensure effective operational execution within the approved budget.
- Prepare, submit, and justify budget enhancement requests.
- Stay abreast of latest academic sector trends and incorporate best practices.
- Guide development of tailored outreach strategies for diverse customer groups.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with Academic Affairs functions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for private entities and governmental agencies.
- Prioritize proposed programs based on market research and stakeholder feedback.
