Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Distribution Capability Development leads strategy and governance for Caterpillar's EAME Distribution Center of Excellence.
The role shapes dealer capabilities affecting customer outcomes across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
The position reports to the VP Distribution Services COE and leads a team responsible for strategic dealer capability programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EAME-wide strategic project teams delivering initiatives such as Services Commitment and Condition Monitoring Development.
- Execute and govern the EAME Distribution Center of Excellence strategy.
- Define and lead capability development program standards across EAME.
- Identify, develop, and collaborate with dealers on strategic capability development programs.
- Oversee hiring and development of the Distribution Capability Development team.

- Use influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions within and outside the organization.
