- Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring timely delivery of strategy, roadmap, and MVP
- Act as primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success
- Develop and oversee the Digital Twin strategy integrating with BIM, GIS, IoT, and Unified Data Platform
- Manage implementation of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate use cases and demonstrate value
- Create roadmap for scaling Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align objectives
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and data governance standards
- Manage project budgets, conduct cost benefit analysis, and build business cases for ROI
- Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining roles and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large scale technology projects involving Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, or IoT
- Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination

Overview
- Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Manager Digital Twin to lead the implementation and development of digital twin technologies across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring timely delivery of strategy, roadmap, and MVP.
- Act as primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success.

- Manage implementation of MVP to validate selected use cases and demonstrate value of Digital Twin.
