Role overview
Lead and support end-to-end development leadership for a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct.
The precinct includes public realm, public spaces, retail, food and beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.
Balance commercial outcomes with urban experiences, economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.
Key responsibilities
- Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
- Be accountable for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
- Establish development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
- Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
- Drive decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
- Support design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate development, architecture, urban planning, engineering, construction management, finance, or a related discipline.
