Responsibilities
- Lead assigned residential projects through all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain development business plans, feasibility studies, and project strategies.
- Drive development process from concept design through project completion and handover.
- Monitor project performance against approved business plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify project risks, opportunities, and value enhancement initiatives.
- Lead definition of residential products and commercial strategy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and consultants to ensure market alignment.
- Manage design process and ensure alignment with development objectives.
- Prepare investment papers, committee submissions, and executive presentations.

- Experience in residential development lifecycle
- Strong commercial analysis and business planning skills
- Ability to coordinate with design, cost, delivery, and sales teams
- Saudi development experience preferred

Design & Planning Management
- Lead consultants through design process.
- Coordinate master planning, architecture, engineering, approvals.
- Ensure design solutions balance quality, cost, operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Cost Planning, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, authorities, partners.
- Present updates to senior leadership and committees.
Governance & Reporting
- Lead project governance and stage gate approvals.
- Track risks, opportunities, decisions.
- Prepare investment papers, committee submissions, executive presentations.
