Overview
- The Senior Manager will also play a key role in identifying risks, opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation across the development portfolio.
- Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Review and optimize financial models to assess project viability and financial impact.
- Monitor project cash flows, expenditures, and financial performance against budgets.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to analyze financial impacts of project scope changes and risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to financial governance and reporting standards within the development function.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements within the financial planning and reporting functions.
- Engage with external stakeholders and audit teams as needed to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial productivity and operational efficiency.
