KPMG Canada’s Delivery Services Team is seeking a Senior Manager – Delivery Lead.
The role oversees end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs aligned with client strategic objectives and operating models.
What you will do
- Provide leadership and direction to multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to define and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Lead executive and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Oversee solution design, data and integration, migration, configuration, build, and testing.
- Drive integrated planning, milestone alignment, and dependency management.
- Establish governance frameworks and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Drive AI-enabled delivery strategies using AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 10+ years of program and project management experience, including large-scale transformation leadership.
- Proven experience delivering complex programs end-to-end as a project manager or delivery lead.
- Strong risk management, governance, issue resolution, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience.
