Job Overview

  • The Senior Manager – Security will be responsible for managing all Visa Application Centers within the country, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, optimizing revenue streams, enhancing profitability, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and overseeing diplomatic interactio

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the business unit/processes within the country.
  • Ensure compliance with processes, revenue generation, profitability, resource planning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage profitability and achieve EBIT targets.
  • Control and maintain country's expense budgets and allocated resources.
  • Conduct periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with existing processes and meet defined SLAs.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead new process rollouts in respective VACs.
  • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.
  • Manage security (physical and data) at the Application Centre and ensure controls to prevent security breaches.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Plan and forecast manpower resourcing based on trends and Time in Motion study.
  • Ensure regular product and process training for staff.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Value Added Services team to create new revenue channels.
  • Acquire new clients and explore business opportunities in other countries.
  • Explore revenue channels with government bodies/ministries.
  • Retain existing clients and manage relationships to secure contract renewals.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and partner FMCs.
  • Monitor competition in the region through market intelligence.
