Visa Application Processing and Customer Interaction
- Scrutinize and collect visa application documents for processing.
- Attend to customer/applicant queries through various channels (in person, email, telephone).
- Inform applicants about available Value Added Services and facilitate delivery.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and experiences.
Operations and Compliance
- Handle cash and bank transactions accurately, adhering to established procedures.
- Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
- Ensure timely completion of visa application process within specified TAT.
- Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures and manuals.
