Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – CAFM (SAP Specialist) to lead the configuration, deployment, and operational readiness of EAM / CAFM systems across a diverse asset portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are fully aligned with asset handover and seamlessly transition into facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the IT & technology team on insuring CAFM system activation in all its functions and module, ready for deployment prior to site handover.
- Assets Data Architecture: working closely with the development & IT team on ensuring the master assets register is uploaded into the CAFM System by location and assets type.
- Ensuring the readiness of the preventive maintenance strategy and assets are scheduled according to the assets O&M manuals.
- Take a key part in the handover process of all assets class delivered to the AM team.
- Closely monitor failed and backlog tickets and escalate accordingly.
- Performance monitoring: SLA’s & KPI’s dashboard providing live data update over deliverables and performance.
- CAFM system integration with existing systems and as needed.
- Monthly, quarterly reports etc.. Delivering the performance scoring mechanism in relation to the SLA’s & KPI’s.
- Ensure all EAM / CAFM system data is accurate and that the system is always fully operational.
- Close coordination with the IT system division and operational principles.
- Monitor emergencies and escalate as seen fit.
- System enhancement and patches are timely deployed.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in CAFM/EAM systems within facilities management environments
- Proven experience in deploying and activating CAFM systems at scale
- Strong knowledge of SAP and system integrations
- Experience in FM operations and asset handover processes
- IFMA certification is an advantage
