This role sits within the Communications team and is responsible for delivering integrated, 360-degree communications that build corporate reputation and shape category perception for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
You will contribute to key areas including long-term growth strategy, customer value, responsible and sustainable business, and employee advocacy.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead selected campaigns and initiatives, demonstrating strong project management, collaboration and leadership. You will work across internal and external audiences, using a full mix of channels and platforms, and partnering closely with teams across the business and wider Coca-Cola system.
Involvement in some or all of the following activities:
Campaigns and communications delivery
Develop and deliver communications initiatives including campaigns, thought leadership and media relations
Generate campaign ideas that strengthen reputation, category perception, customer engagement and employee advocacy
Ensure delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels and audiences
Content creation
Write and create engaging content aligned to business priorities
Working with digital and social media teams, publish this content on our channels, including cocacolaep.com, social platforms and internal channels
Develop creative briefs and oversee production of multimedia content from agency partners
Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Work with senior leaders and external stakeholders to shape communications activity
Support coordination of communications across markets and functions
Media and external engagement
