Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Engineering, Legal or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10 15 years Commercial construction delivery experience ideally Contractor and Consultancy and working in Program wide roles
- Major program experience managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and stakeholders
- Previous KSA /Middle East experience preferred
- Subject matter expert in contracts, claims, arbitration
- Ability to leverage in depth knowledge of enterprise level management software, such as Prism, SAP, or similar systems
- Leadership skills to inspire large, diverse teams and deliver results

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Engineering, Legal or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 10 15 years Commercial construction delivery experience ideally Contractor and Consultancy and working in Program wide roles, working with large commercial teams across multiple projects.
- Major program experience managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and stakeholders.
- Previous KSA /Middle East experience preferred.
- Experience leading Commercial Management of Major Projects in a highly regulated, complex, matrixed environments evidencing Full project life cycle involvement (Bidding thorough to Final Account).
- Subject matter expert in contracts, claims, arbitration.
- Supports team through period of business changes in responding to changing business requirements.
- Provides strategic support and guidance in managing and prioritizing the workload of a commercial and contract administration team, deadline driven and ability to optimize workload.
- Ability to leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences and to influence at senior levels.
- Ability to leverage in depth knowledge of enterprise level management software, such as Prism, SAP, or similar systems.
- Leadership skills to inspire large, diverse teams and deliver results.
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead the commercial function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.
