Critical Skills

• Clinical licensure or other applicable clinical credential
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare, clinical informatics, clinical content, healthcare data, or related experience
• 3+ years of experience in clinical content management, EHR systems, clinical decision support, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, goal setting, and employee development
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, product, engineering, operations, and/or customer-facing teams
• Experience translating business or clinical requirements into operational processes, content solutions, data products, or technology-enabled workflows
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing work, allocate resources, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, Data Science, or related field
• Board certification in Clinical Informatics, Nursing Informatics, Pharmacy Informatics, or related specialty
• Experience with terminologies and standards including but not limited to SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, RxNorm, HL7, FHIR.
• Experience implementing AI, analytics, automation, or machine learning solutions in healthcare settings
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship or relocation is available for this position.
• This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/work‑from‑home model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate may be expected to work on‑site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in‑office days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.
