The Role: The role sits in the With-profits Capital Valuation Team, which oversees the end-to-end production and analysis of the capital requirements for PAC’s with-profits balance sheet. Responsible for the production of the capital models and the explanation of the capital requirements, working in this team will offer the opportunity to:

develop a deep understanding of the management of the company’s with-profits balance sheet, including the significant book of with-profits business and its asset-liability management strategies;
