Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Business Development – Priority and Personal Banking role oversees portfolio performance, develops growth strategies, and aligns client portfolios with financial goals and risk tolerance.
The position supports client satisfaction and business growth through portfolio management and campaigns that increase bank profitability.
Business Development
- Evaluate strategic business development opportunities for Personal and Priority Banking segments.
- Design and execute plans to attract and retain high-net-worth Priority Banking clients.
- Engage new-to-bank clients through channel leads, targeted lists, employee banking teams, and ATL or online campaigns.
- Collaborate with Products, Retail Banking Services, Branch, Multichannel Banking, Marketing, and Customer Intelligence teams to drive growth.
- Drive cross-selling of retail assets, bancassurance, investments, and cards.
Campaigns and Portfolio Growth
- Develop and manage end-to-end customer and staff campaigns and contests from ideation through fulfilment.
- Build and run campaigns targeting existing-to-bank and new-to-bank customers.
- Implement portfolio optimization strategies, including rebalancing, asset-liability allocation, and diversification.
