Role Overview

This role acts as a strategic partner to Senior Management, supporting decision-making across partnerships and collaborations, external stakeholder management, and overall business performance.

The position requires deep business and market analysis, close tracking of strategic initiatives, and strong cross-functional coordination to ensure execution against the company’s strategic objectives.

The role demands a proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.

1. Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support Senior Management in developing, refining, and executing partnership and collaboration strategies across the company’s businesses.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to proactively identify partnership opportunities.
  • Analyse internal business dynamics and performance to provide strategic inputs for new or evolving collaborations.
  • Track implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic intent and timely execution.

2. External Stakeholder Management

  • Support Senior Management in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Board, strategic clients, partners, and other critical counterparties.
  • Represent Senior Management and the company in selected external meetings as required.
  • Ensure effective follow-up, action tracking, and closure on key outcomes arising from stakeholder interactions.

  • Business Performance & Senior Management Office Support
  • Support Senior Management in the overall management of the company and achievement of business targets and strategic goals.
  • Closely monitor and analyse company-wide and business-unit performance, identifying performance gaps, root causes, and areas of strength.
  • Work with Business Heads and Functional Heads to support delivery of targets, recommend corrective actions, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Track progress of key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met.
  • Drive coordination across corporate functions, regions, and product teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency in leadership communications and materials.
  • Prepare Senior Management for strategic reviews, management meetings, and key engagements by synthesising complex inputs into clear insights, options, and implications.

Key Activities

  • Participate actively in senior management, strategic, and external meetings.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, executive summaries, board papers, proposals, white papers, and briefing notes.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and impactful leadership materials to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed internal and external business, financial, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate functions, regions, and product teams to gather inputs and deliver Senior Management Office priorities.

GOVERNANCE, SUSTAINABILITY & COMPLIANCE

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s Sustainability policy and support delivery of sustainability initiatives and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), including ethical standards, integrity in business practices, and risk awareness.

Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of total professional experience, including 5–6 years in roles supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong experience in business analysis, operational performance management, enterprise reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and geographies, synthesising diverse inputs into clear and coherent strategic narratives.
  • High level of business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
