Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ASO team, including Senior Lead, Senior Specialist, and Security Specialist roles.
• Oversee Managed Service Partner L1/L2 service delivery and SLA performance.
• Govern platform administration and security tool configuration changes.
• Oversee WAF governance and application vulnerability remediation with the Cybersecurity Team.
• Lead vulnerability prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage changes for ASO-owned security platforms.
• Oversee security tool handover and service continuity.
• Coordinate security incidents, escalations, and change approvals.
• Prepare and present monthly operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing enterprise security operations and security platforms.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, EDR, PAM, vulnerability management, and WAF.
• Experience managing MSSPs and SLA performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational governance skills.
• CISSP or CISM certification is preferred.
