Role Overview
Lead a strategic investment to transition from standard Scrum teams to AI-enabled micro teams.
Drive enterprise-wide workforce transformation in India and scale AI agents, digital workers, and enterprise AI solutions.
Increase delivery capacity, productivity, quality, and speed to value through human and digital workforce transformation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage AI/ML micro teams and enterprise AI delivery.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and own end-to-end delivery.
- Implement production AI agents, generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG solutions.
- Implement enterprise agentic solutions using open frameworks.
- Develop Document AI, OCR, extraction, and structured output solutions.
- Deploy LLMs and integrate vector databases, embeddings, APIs, containers, and cloud environments.
- Apply machine learning and NLP techniques to enterprise problems.
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science engineering or a related field.
