Senior Manager, AI & Digital Strategy Consulting

Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AI, digital, and data strategy engagements and ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Develop new perspectives and offerings and support practice growth.
• Generate business through proposal writing, client outreach, relationship development, and follow-on opportunities.
• Advise senior stakeholders, facilitate discovery sessions, and synthesize business, technology, and data insights.
• Build transformation roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and target operating models.
• Analyze current-state capabilities and provide pragmatic guidance.
• Deliver executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and lead client interactions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and help attract and develop talent and delivery-team capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of client-facing management consulting or technology advisory experience.
• Track record of delivering measurable impact, including cost savings, efficiency gains, or customer experience improvements.
• Experience advising VP or C-suite stakeholders on strategic digital, data, or AI initiatives.
• Experience managing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and leading client interactions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change.
• Experience leading or contributing to full-cycle digital, data, or AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of digital strategy, data and analytics capabilities, and AI applications in business.
• Strong business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, business case development, solution optioning, and operating model design capabilities.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, client-driven environments.

Preferred Experience

• Industry experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
• Bilingual English and French capability.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, TOGAF, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Certifications in AI/ML, data, cloud, or related technologies.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as DataRobot or Azure ML and tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
