Oribi Manufacturing, LLC (Oribi) located in Denver, CO, is a leader in the development and production of advanced thermoplastic composites. We utilize automation, robotics, and advanced materials to produce advanced composite parts for a wide range of industries, including sporting goods, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and others.
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Maintenance Technician to become part of our growing team in Commerce City, CO. The ideal candidate is an experienced and versatile maintenance technician who excels in a high-volume manufacturing environment and can contribute not only by troubleshooting and fixing a wide variety of machine issues, but also by developing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that minimize future downtime.

Install and commission new production equipment
Participate in building a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions
Recommend and manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems
Utilize key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs to identify and drive improvement efforts
Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment that relies on PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and industrial robots
Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience & training
Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, or similarly diverse maintenance environments
Strong understanding of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Experience with TPM programs is a plus
Proficiency in PLC and industrial robot programing is a plus
Metal Fabrication skills, such as welding, manual milling & turning, drilling, bandsaw, etc. are a plus
The hourly rate for this position is $30- $46 with a $3/hr shift diffrential. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits
