Supervise and support site-based maintenance technicians across up to three Earth facilities.
Oversee execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for NOR vessels, process piping, control systems, and facility utilities.

Coordinate spare parts management, vendor support, and maintenance documentation across all facilities.
Capture and analyze maintenance data, downtime trends, and recurring system issues.
Deliver actionable reports and reliability metrics to the hardware engineering team.
Collaborate closely with sustaining design engineers to validate upgrades, implement design revisions, and standardize improvements across sites.
Represent field operations during design reviews, ensuring maintainability and serviceability are considered in new equipment designs.

Conduct safety audits and technical training sessions for maintenance staff.
Ensure all facilities meet maintenance documentation and regulatory requirements.
