Senior Maintenance Management System Engineer (MMS)

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead MMS implementation, configuration, and deployment.
• Define asset hierarchies, taxonomies, classifications, naming conventions, tags, and coding structures.
• Create asset registers for architectural, MEP, and specialist systems.
• Capture, validate, and upload asset data, including specifications, warranties, spare parts, and maintenance history.
• Coordinate asset data collection with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Integrate MMS with BMS, SCADA, and other operational platforms where required.
• Develop maintenance strategies and configure schedules, task lists, frequencies, and resource requirements.
• Support RCM analysis, testing, commissioning, digital handover, and defect tracking.
• Develop procedures and manuals, train users, support audits, and generate reports and dashboards.

Candidate Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Significant Maintenance Management Systems or Asset Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or an equivalent CMMS platform.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and facility management practices.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and digital handover processes.
• Infrastructure, building, or rail project experience is preferred.
• Operational or brownfield environment experience is advantageous.
• BIM integration and data environment familiarity is a plus.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication, training, and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex project environment.
