- Monitor performance, evaluate outputs, and continuously improve models in production
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high quality inputs for ML models
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
- Strong experience working with LLMs and fine tuning techniques
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Hands on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit learn
- Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Vector databases)
- Proven track record of building production ML systems
- Experience designing data pipelines and ML infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (preferred)

Role Overview
- As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning systems that power next generation AI products.
- You will work closely with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production grade AI solutions, particularly in the area of Generative AI and LLM based systems.
