Job Purpose

Implementing logistics and supply chain management within the department by signing and renewing contracts with its strategic partners, including product and service providers.

This also involves ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of available inventory and resources to relevant stakeholders within specified timeframes.

Furthermore, the role entails fulfilling the strategic and administrative requirements of the Transportation and Maintenance Department, as directed by the supervisor.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the preparation and updating of the strategic plan for initiatives and projects listed under the Transportation and Maintenance Department within the Logistics Support Department
  • Scheduling the cleaning operations for the fleet of vehicles of the Protocol and Hospitality Department, as well as garage maintenance and cleaning work, and ensuring the availability of modern equipment necessary for carrying out cleaning and sanitizing the vehicles.
  • Conduct periodic presentations on logistics support management projects and initiatives, and budget requirements in terms of financial and human resources.
  • Academic qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.

Years Of Experience Required

Bachelor's degree: 2-4 years of work experience.

Master's degree: 0-2 years of work experience.

Required Job Skills

  • Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
  • The skill of planning, managing, implementing and applying projects.
