- Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate and manage import export procedures in compliance with international trade regulations, focused on UAE and Saudi Arabia customs requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo shipments and clearance through Dubai and Saudi Customs
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, and other logistics service providers
- Negotiate logistics contracts and pricing annually to ensure competitive rates and service excellence
- Monitor global logistics trends and advise on best practices to enhance international supply chain operations
- Manage the accounting flow related to logistics partners and vendors, particularly with vendors in China
- Prepare regular reports, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import export logistics (preferably within GCC region)
- Prior experience handling DG cargo and compliance with international shipping regulations
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and cross border freight documentation
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in logistics contracts and pricing agreements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics data analysis
- In depth knowledge of Dubai Customs clearance procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

Job Summary

- Role will play a critical part in reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross border business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency
