About the Role
Jasani, a leading corporate gifts company in the UAE, is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to handle sourcing, purchasing, and logistics. The role requires 2-4 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the gifting or advertising industry, with strong MS Office and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing and logistics
- Communicate with suppliers (Far East, Europe, India) and get quotations with product details within limited time
- Search for products as per sales executive requirement
- Track stock, identify items for reordering, get quotation for reorder and discuss with department manager
- Place order, generate PO, check PI, send all required information to supplier
- Follow up on sample for approval, track goods and ensure timely production and handover to logistics
- Inspect goods after arrival in warehouse and raise complaints if required
- Hunt for new vendors for customized orders
- Suggest new ideas to sales team for orders
- Maintain database of all suppliers based on their specialities
- Source products globally and locally at the right price
- Check quality of goods and provide designs to supplier for processing order
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in sourcing of same and similar products
- Preferably from Gifting or Advertising industry with international experience in sourcing (especially in China)
- Good English communication, especially email
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Data analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- International logistics skills
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Job Description

- Assistant in sourcing, purchasing and logistics.
