Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MSc in Supply Chain/Logistics) is an advantage
• Relevant professional certifications (such as APICS, CILT, or equivalent) are a plus
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the logistics department
• At least 6 years of experience as a Logistics Manager in construction projects
• Strong experience in documentation

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers
• Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy and avoid shortages or overstock situations
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Organize and optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Monitor logistics costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and safety standards
• Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff to maintain high performance and productivity
• Identify risks or disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on logistics performance
• Implement and manage logistics systems or software to improve tracking and operational efficiency
