- Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading and stock verification
- For senior level: oversee logistics processes, identify improvements, and support team coordination

Job Overview
- We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented, and proactive professional to join our logistics team as either a Senior Logistics Executive or Logistics Assistant, depending on experience.
- The selected candidate will support and manage day to day logistics operations, including local customs clearance and coordination through the Dubai Trade Portal.
- The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, UAE customs regulations, and the ability to handle both operational and coordination responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage and execute local customs clearance procedures in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare, review, and process documentation via the Dubai Trade Portal, including Bill of Entry, Delivery Orders, Duty payments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and port authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory.
- Plan and support delivery schedules and logistics operations.
- Drive company vehicle for delivery, documentation handling, or site visits when required.
- Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading and stock verification.
- For senior level candidates: oversee logistics processes, identify improvements, and support team coordination.
