Role overview
Ajwaad Group is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate local and international shipments.
- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics providers.
- Oversee shipment tracking and ensure timely deliveries.
- Review shipping, import/export, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments on inventory, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues efficiently.
- Maintain logistics records, reports, and cost tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, customs clearance, and import/export procedures.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP systems.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Strong experience in customs clearance and import/export procedures is highly preferred.
