Role Overview
ASO & Sons Holding is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function across the Group and its portfolio companies.
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group’s HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Oversee talent acquisition for senior, technical, and operational positions.
- Manage performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Nitaqat.
- Support organizational restructuring and manpower optimization.
- Establish HR reports, dashboards, KPIs, and employee data controls.
- Supervise payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee records.
- Build a professional HR culture across multiple companies and sectors.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong professional experience within Saudi Arabia is essential.
- Experience within holding companies or multi-company environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and government HR platforms.
- Proven experience building or transforming HR functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- CIPD, SHRM, or another recognized HR certification is preferred.
