Support modernization initiatives involving cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

Manage VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms.

Design and support virtualized enterprise workloads.

Optimize infrastructure utilization and resource allocation.

Support hybrid cloud integration and cloud migration initiatives.

Administer enterprise storage environments including: SAN storage NAS storage NFS/CIFS environments Enterprise backup solutions

Work with storage teams on provisioning, performance optimization, replication, and capacity management.

Design and maintain enterprise DR strategies supporting critical workloads.

Conduct DR testing and recovery validation exercises.

Ensure compliance with RTO and RPO requirements.

Secure Linux and UNIX environments following industry best practices.

Conduct security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and compliance audits.

Identify infrastructure security gaps and drive remediation activities.

Implement hardening standards, CIS benchmarks, and security controls.

Collaborate with Cyber Security teams on risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.

Own enterprise Linux/UNIX patching programs.

Coordinate vulnerability scanning and remediation activities.

Ensure timely resolution of critical and high-risk findings.

Maintain patch compliance and security reporting metrics.

Lead architecture and infrastructure design initiatives.

Develop scalable, resilient, and secure solutions supporting enterprise workloads.

Create technical designs, implementation plans, and operational documentation.

Participate in technology evaluation, proof-of-concepts, and platform selection.

Manage enterprise server hardware platforms including: Dell PowerEdge HPE ProLiant Cisco UCS Oracle SPARC Lead hardware lifecycle management, upgrades, firmware updates, and refresh programs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of Linux/UNIX Administration experience in large global enterprise environments.

5+ years supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Proven experience supporting global 24x7 production environments.
