Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Technical Support Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing guidance on PCB application best practices and ensuring successful implementation.
• Product Demonstration & Validation Showcase product capabilities and performance at customer sites and internal facilities, demonstrating technical advantages over competing solutions.
• Feedback Integration Capture and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, marketing, and software teams to align product features with customer requirements and emerging market trends.
• Application Development Leadership Lead initiatives to develop new use cases, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience through innovative application strategies.
• Project Tracking & Reporting Monitor critical projects in real time, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Next-Generation Solutions Contribute to the development and characterization of advanced PCB technologies and ICS, ensuring readiness for future market demands.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
